I’ve spent a lot of time in White Tank Mountain Regional Park, but had not explored the section of trails just past the entrance.

I was out this way for work on a Tuesday and decided at the last minute to head into the park and avoid work 😎

It was just a quick hike with what time was left before sunset.

I started at the Mule Deer Trailhead, headed west on the South Trail and connected to the Goat Camp Trail, which goes all the way to Barry Goldwater Peak if you want.
